- To educate the community about spaying and neutering as well as providing financial assistance.
- To find homes for orphaned animals, with an emphasis on programs to reduce the number of future homeless animals.
- To start a no kill community animal shelter and sanctuary, while building a network of foster homes in the meantime to prevent the needless deaths of as many animals as possible.
